My experience at the hotel was wonderful. The best things about the hotel are location, cordiality of the staff and cleaness. I recomend it.

We just simply loved your hotel. We had the room with the patio and it was pretty. All the staff was amazing but Sofie was our favorite! One of the best hotel workers I have ever worked with. She made every request happen and acted like it was simple. Thank you for making our stay so perfect. Location is perfect. The full breakfast was great. We should have ordered coffee daily. Will stay here from now on.

Very good transpotation and clean and cute room. Staff were very kind and gave me lots of helpful information about Paris. I would like to stay again if I have chance to visit Paris again. Thank you, Merci!

Room was very, very small, difficult for two adults to move around each other. This is, perhaps, my error as I didn’t check to see room size.

Really enjoyed the 10 nights stay in this absolutely charming hotel in Paris. This is my first visit to Paris and unfortunately my partner could not make it. However, the city itself continuesly impressed me, and I feel extremely comfortable living in this hotel, as it is very cosy and clean, staff are very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel :-)

Small but cozy hideout iwith professional staffs. Elegant clean room in English style (tea rather than café as well) with modern facilities like good WIFI and many USB ports.

It was very good.

Centrally located hotel in Paris. You could not ask for a better position! The Louvre is essentially across the street. Reception is maned 24 hours and the staff speak a number of languages including English which was important to myself. Nothing was too much trouble and they patiently explained and or organised anything I asked. The room itself was immaculate. The staff were friendly but professional. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I selected this lovely hotel from reviews on Trip Advisor. I specifically wanted a family friendly hotel in a centrally located location that was not a US style hotel. This little hotel was perfect. The Louvre is essentially across the street, shopping on the Rue de Rivoli a 1/2 block in the other direction, bus stops close by to get anywhere in the city, five minute walk to the Ile de la Cite/St. Chappelle and 10 minutes to Notre Dame. The staff all spoke English and were lovely to work with, recommending restaurants, giving directions, and generally helping with anything. The full breakfast for each person was too much food and included, hot beverage of choice, fresh squeezed juice, fruit, cheese and a basket of pastries. We ended up buying the small breakfast just for 2 (10 euro each) and we got beverages with the pastries and it was enough for 3. The room for three was great and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. We all slept like logs. The bathroom and shower were great with super water pressure, a magnificent towel warmer, and plentiful thick and fluffy towels. We would go back there in a heartbeat and can heartily recommend this hotel.

Je ne peux que conseiller chaleureusement cet établissement que j'aurai plaisir à visiter à nouveau. Il faut honneur à la tradition hôtelière française.

Nice little hotel, quaint, a bit old fashion. Only big down side for me is lack of space.. can't open my big suitcase. Otherwise great all around. Friendly staff

Le Relais du Louvre is a small boutique hotel that is absolutely perfect. From making an online reservation through to check-out, it doesn't get any better than this. The staff is warm and welcoming, yet very professional. If you have a question, need a suggestion or directions, they are very helpful. Even faced with an unexpected power outage (there is construction in the street and someone hit something that they shouldn't), they reacted quickly and made sure that all guests were comfortable. The power was out a little longer than anticipated but everyone rolled with the punches and had fun with it. Breakfast is ample and of excellent quality. It is a continental breakfast on steroids. You can even add eggs to your order to make it a hot breakfast. And they bring it to you room! This hotel is perfectly located with multiple metro stops within a few minutes, the Louvre is just 5 minutes away, numerous wonderful restaurants at various price points are all around the hotel, and if you walk 3 minutes away, you're at the Seine. There is an elevator that, while small, is large enough to hold several guests or you and all of your luggage. The rooms are well appointed, very attractive and are immaculate. The quality of the linens is excellent. I've seen other reviews that comment that the rooms are small and the bathrooms are smaller. I am a very plus-sized woman and my room was more than what I needed. The bathroom was fine - I had no issues with it. And my bathroom was spotless each and every day during my 10 day stay. You might think that the shower is too small, but it worked fine for me (again, I am not small). There are plenty of hangers, there is an electric kettle and supplies for that extra cup of coffee or tea and there is a safe in the closet. Rooms have air conditioning and heating and both are very effective. I have stayed at other hotels in Paris, some much more expensive, and once I found Le Relais du Louvre, there is no other hotel for me. I have stayed multiple times and give the hotel and their staff a hundred stars and a million thanks for making my most recent stay (10days in December 2018) absolutely perfect. Thank you everyone. I can't wait to return!

The staff was wonderful. The room while small was good for 3 for a short stay. I would recommend the hotel add a dresser instead of the desk. Bathroom was large with a great shower. The location was ideal. Close to everything. The staff was top notch. Very welcoming and helpful.

For the price we paid, we could have stayed in one of the numerous "chain" hotels in the city...Yet we decided to go for this charming and ever so cosy traditional privately held hotel located literally at the back of the Louvre museum and we clearly did NOT regret it! It is so nice to see that some hotels remain independent and unique, surviving the usual sterile chain hotels that often offer the same thing wherever you go. Here no groups or loud neighbours to deal with. Just utmost quietness and tranquillity. Stepping into this hotel gives you the impression you have escaped from the hustle of the city in a matter of seconds. At first you think "We must be in a typical English cottage" as the rooms are nicely decorated with flowered wallpaper and old style lamps. Our room was very cosy and you could literally curl up in the bed and feel away from everything. In the morning our breakfast was delivered in the room (as it is for all guests in this property) with delicious croissants, local yoghurts, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. How could you start your day in a better way? Honestly there is absolutely nothing to complain about this hotel. We had a fantastic night, away from everything, and were taken care of in a very professional, genuine and warm way. As hotel professionals, we know that life as an independent hotelier can be tough so let us just tell the owners / managers to keep on doing such an excellent job. Their little "hôtel particulier" made us feel extremely comfortable and is an example to follow... We will be back !
