Sophie and her staff are wonderful!! Adeline helped us by email make sure our reservations were correct as we booked multiple rooms for 2 - 3 nights. We had stayed here two years ago and were so happy with that visit that we returned and brought our family this time. We love the "family" feeling of the hotel and the staff. Every one of their dinner recommendations were excellent. We were never disappointed. The breakfast is the BEST!! The pastries and bread were superb, the coffee excellent, and the jam and jelly options extensive. Definitely worth the price. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone traveling alone, as a couple, or with family. We cannot say enough about great our experience was. We plan to return in a another couple of years!

We loved this hotel! It is so warm and welcoming and charming and comfortable. It was everything we wanted. It’s my new ‘go to’ hotel in Paris. Everyone - from check in, the bell boy, the lovely ladies who brought breakfast to our room every morning to the night shift - was warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. We loved it and we’ll be back!

My family and I stayed at Relais du Louvre for an overnight trip to Paris and were quite satisfied. The hotel was very comfortable and classic European. The air conditioning worked well and was appreciated. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. But the most exceptional part was the incredibly helpful staff. Several different workers helped us with various questions and made useful recommendations. Their advice enhanced our experience in Paris. I chose this hotel because of its location and good reviews, and was not disappointed.

I would recommend this hotel highly. It is convenient to many of the tourist sites. The staff was very helpful and fluent in English. The size of the room was adequate. Breakfast is available and very generous. One breakfast was big enough for two people.

This hotel was fabulous!!! The staff was so nice and helpful!!!! The room was very clean and comfortable and it was so nice having breakfast delivered in the morning!!! It was in a fantastic location right by the Louvre so you couldn’t get lost and it was super easy to find your way around!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!

This hotel is a hidden gem! We picked it for it’s location but it was tucked around the corner from all the big city noise and chaos! Staff was amazing and room was beautiful with a view of Le Louvre! I would definitely stay there Again!!

Wonderful hotel in ideal location. I absolutely recommend it

Room 2 has a nice patio. However as it is close to reception and luggage storage I could not sleep from 4am in the morning, very noisy. I did not like breakfast as it is all preserves. The price for this level of comfort is ridiculous.

Relais du Louvre is in a perfect location for all the great sites of Paris. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and of 4 star quality. Americans who are not used to European hotels will find this property quite comfortable. The shower in my room was very small but it worked for me just fine. I would absolutely stay here again. No kidding, I was surprised at how quiet my room was at night. Even though you're right in front of the Louvre, the street is a dead end with little traffic and no noise.

Hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Louvre Museum. Air Conditioning was excellent. One of your staff - Adeline - was especially helpful and nice. Pointed my son and me to the bakery shop you use - Gosselin. She is especially nice and careful with guests. Have to say - the bathroom is the smallest I've ever seen.

Back to Relais du Louvre after 27 years. It was good then, and just as good now! A real treat of a small hotel i Paris. Fantastic location, and very friendly i all respects.

Very professional staff, wish all other hotels who 5 stars have such knowledgeable staff.

We have stayed her twice with great satisfaction. It is quiet with a nice location but accessible to the city. The staff are so warm and wonderful!

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was comfortable and charming. I would certainly consider staying here again on future visits to Paris. The only recommendations I have would be to find some way to create some space in the bathroom for fixtures such as a towel rack or hook and a toilet paper holder as the bathroom just seemed a bit incomplete or unfinished without these items. I realize the bathroom is quite small and space is limited, but perhaps the toilet paper holder could be mounted to the side of the countertop? And maybe the mirror on the back of the bathroom door could be moved onto the other side facing the bedroom and a hook added to the back of the door? For reference, I was in Room 31. But these are all minor issues that did not affect my overall satisfaction with my stay.

The Hotel is very well located if you want to be in the heart of the tourist zone without being on a busy street. Restaurants and metro stops are close by. The Louvre in across the street. The room we had was quite tiny especially for eating breakfast. As there is no breakfast room in the hotel, it is served in your room. There is literally no place to actually eat. We also had to store our luggage downstairs as there was no room to walk around with it in the room. The hotel is very clean and staff is helpful and pleasant. There are so many charming things about the hotel but I would suggest not getting breakfast in the room. It is just too uncomfortable. Otherwise it is a pleasant, clean and friendly hotel.

My wife and I spent 4 nights in Paris at Relais du Louvre and could not have been happier. The Hotel itself is great, the rooms are comfortable and spacious. and it is in a great location, easy to walk to the Louvre and the Metro. The best part of the hotel is the staff, who are always available and willing to help you find a place to eat, a interesting sight to see, and, most importantly, how to get around. I would recommend Relais du Louvre to anyone.

Fabulous stay at the Relais du Louvre! Best location and convenient to all sights, in central Paris. Staff was friendly and very professional. Service and help was excellent!

I spent months trying to pick a hotel, I wanted one centrally located so I could reach the sights by walking, I couldn't have picked a better place, I was right next door to the louvre, and I could walk to all the other sights in Paris, or I could just buy a hop on hop off bus ticket walk to the louvre and access the bus from there to see the sights, the hotel is in a nice quiet spot, breakfast is served in your room and I sat by my open window enjoying it, cafes, shops, souvenir shopping are all around the hotel , the rooms are small but comfortable but this is france, I wouldn't changed anything about my stay and hope to return soon

Very cute, clean and quite Hotel in the middle of Paris. The room we had, was small, but very nice old french styled, renovated with modern and clean bathroom. Very nice and warm-hearted personal. Would come again!

I can't praise Le Relais du Louvre highly enough. Whether this is your first visit or your fifth, you will love this little jewel of a hotel. The location, on the quiet Rue des Prêtres-Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, is ideal: directly next to Saint-Germain-l'Auxerrois, across the street from the Louvre, a block south of the bustling Rue de Rivoli, and a block north of the Seine, with easy walks to the Île de la Cité, the Left Bank, the Marais and other neighborhoods. The hotel, with its 10 bedrooms, is intimate and cozy, with a classy, comfortable lobby. There is a safe and a coffee/tea maker in every room, and coffee/tea is available in the lobby every afternoon. Leave your room key with the concierge on your way to your daily activities (so they know who's in the building and who's not) and retrieve it when you return. For your security, doors are locked in the early evening, but there is a buzzer outside the front door and someone will let you in immediately. They have postage stamps available, and will include your postcards in their daily outgoing mail. A tasty continental breakfast is delivered promptly to your room at the time requested. There is always a staff member at the front desk. With everything else going for it, the concierge staff sets Le Relais du Louvre apart from other Parisian hotels. The concierges (all of whom speak fluent English) were warm, gracious, friendly, helpful and, above all, kind. It was our impression that they truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. They ordered taxis for us, and even gave the drivers explicit directions on where we wanted to go. They recommended airport transportation that was just as good at half the cost of the service we had been considering. They are scrupulously honest - one day when we left a tip for the maid, it was withheld until they confirmed with us that we hadn't accidentally left the money behind. Believe me, you will be thrilled with your decision to stay at Le Relais du Louvre the next time, and every time, you visit Paris.

All staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive. We even had an excellent recommendation for restaurant in Montmartre where we enjoyed a fantastic final meal with friends. So appreciate the opportunity to stay again at your fine hotel.

This hotel has an amazing location across the street from the louvre 5 mins walk to the river cruises metro station next door The staff was amazing room was neat and clean breakfast was very good it was served in the room No negative points really loved the location and personal attention

The location is excellent, the hotel amenities are excellent and the staff went beyond expectations in helping us when our flight home was cancelled.

Exactly as per expectations. Great location, lovely staff and pristine cleanliness. The only points I wanted to share to others to manage their expectations is as per all central Parisian hotel rooms, the rooms are very small; we chose the family suite but we only took one suitcase for the 4 of us knowing that the rooms would be small and there would be very little additional space. Being on the first floor with the window open at night, pedestrians were sometimes noisy and disruptive to sleep but there was the option of closing the windows and putting on the airconditioner. We also took our own mosquito repellant too as per for all of our travels. Mosquitoes seem to detect foreign blood! However, great location (being close to the Lourve, high street shopping, cafes and restaurants, even organic grocer being outside doorstep, (luxury brand shopping 15 mins away), impeccable cleanliness and lovely staff more than made up for it.
